Refund and Returns Policy

Refund & Cancellation Policy – Soulnacks

Cancellations: Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placing the order by contacting us directly. After this period, cancellation requests may not be accepted as products are freshly prepared.

Refunds: Refunds are only provided if:

The product is damaged during delivery, OR

The wrong item was delivered.


Return Window: Any issues must be reported within 24 hours of receiving the product with photo proof.

Non-Returnable: Since our ladoos are perishable food items, we cannot accept returns once the package is opened.

Process: Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
